| The chase of the UP LOW10 Torrance included a lucky break when we saw that they had a boxcar for USG, which is at the end of the line at the site of the old PE shops. This meant that they would be traveling under the PE Bridge that once brought PE into the Columbia Steel Mill. Expecting a long wait, we were pleasantly surprised to find the job shoving down Torrance Blvd with 15 or so minutes of our setting up. |
