G888 off the Iowa Northern at Waterloo is stopped to meet and swap crews with a U703. The crews are Dubuque and Waterloo crews, so instead of running across the Dubuque Sub and cabbing home, the crews will just flip here at Jesup, and head home. While the crews brief, I grabbed a few shots of this ex-ATSF Dash 8. Not too common that many of these have PTC installed in them so they can lead and a few are being scrapped in 2022. She is showing her age though, originally build as the ATSF #842 in 1992.
