| Du # 109 of association ?stra Sk?nes J?rnv?gar in Kristianstads, with a charter special from Aengelholm over Hallands?sen to B?stad Nord, entering Grevie for a crossing with a X55 (SJ3000) trainset of the SJ. The 1`C 1`locomotive with rod drive was built in 1925 by ASEA and NOHAB for the Statens J?rnv?gar. The train had run on a 1.3 % grade for 4955 meter. This steep and curvy section of the west coast mainline over the Hallands?sen mountain was replaced in december 2015 by a new double track (two single bores) 8,5 kilometer long tunnel. This line here was shut down and demolished. |
