Burlington Northern second train 2 proceeds past some colorful autumn colors on the bluffs lining the tracks at La Crosse, Wisconsin, on October 14, 1989. Both locomotives are rebuilt, with GP39M No. 2801 being the former Union Pacific EMD GP30 No. 827, and GP40M No. 3501 being the former Chicago, Burlington & Quincy EMD GP40 No. 177.
