Private rail operator "Rovos Rail's" two Australian imported diesels stands idling at Meyerton station.They we're waiting for the Rovos passenger train to arrive from Klerksdorp station.Transnet freight rail announced they will be allowing private rail operators onto their track network,Hopefully goods will also be moved and more variety of locomotives to be seen on our tracks soon.
