| " CHFP at Saga "
Three out of the four P&W C40-8's with help from sister Genesee & Wyoming railroad Connecticut Southern SD40-2 roll across the Saugatuck River over the "Saga" moveable bridge, also known as CP244 on Metro North's New Haven Line. The bridge is essentially in as built condition with only minor changes since being originaly constructed in 1914. The only openings this bridge has is for pleasure craft that are too tall to clear, with arrangements made in advance.
