A Norfolk Southern coal train heads East towards the Conemaugh Generating Station (otherwise known as the Huff Power Plant) near New Florence, PA. The powerplant is scheduled to close down at the end of 2028 due to the infeasibility of complying with new regulations that prohibit the dumping of heavy metals into the Conemaugh River. This particular train is merely bypassing the plant, as its final destination is Baltimore, MD.
