| V-LPCNSC heads eastbound through CP Romeo on the Chillicothe Subdivision with CSXT SD40-3 4036 leading. The NRG Midwestern Energy Station stands strong in the background on the other side of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal. Rumor has it the plant is going to close down next month, but time will tell if that’s true or not. This angle itself is hard to get, considering there is no shoulder on the Romeo Rd bridge. With lane closures due to road construction, I was safely able to get this photo. |
