The R&S crosses the High Falls of the Genesee River with BPRR 3032, BPRR 3103 and the CN 5423 and LTEX 1162 in tow for the CSX Goodman St. Yard. On the right, you can see the top of the former "Changing Scene" restaurant (1977-1988) that rotated while you dined.
