| With a train of empties built by job 102 at Forks of the River, 103 snakes downgrade though the hills of east Tennessee towards milepost 9 on a section of almost year old continuous welded rail (CWR). Although destined for Coster Yards at milepost 0, 103 will tie down just short of milepost 4 for the day. |
