An empty coal train is waiting for a BNSF crew to come get it and start the trip back to Wyoming. The train is parked at the ISU Generating Station loop outside of Chillicothe, IA, in southern Iowa. A New Roads, LA, bound load passes thru CP 2888. This load is for Cajun Electric Power at their Coop Big Cajun Plant and will go to barge ACBL in St. Louis, MO. Both trains are about 10 miles west of Ottumwa on BNSF Ottumwa Sub. A crew would try to leave with this empty around 14:00, but was told to tied the train down again, and keep vanning to Creston. With no crews for the train at Creston, the Creston dispatcher didn't want it.
