Major renovations and track work around Union Station have shut the CTRail/Amtrak Hartford Line (New Haven - Springfield Corridor) to passenger traffic this summer, from July 18 - September 9. As part of the work, a rail train sits south of Hartford Station. Trains are running on the weekends, including this Northbound, which waited for 15 minutes for Southbound Amtrak 147 that took the adjacent interlocking minutes before.
