The real treat was the early 4000 series SD70ACe’s from the KCS Railway dressed in the classy Southern Belle paint scheme. Foreign power has become quite common as of late on Norfolk Southern. They, and the other class 1’s, have come under major fire and scrutiny by the STB due to the major amount of customer complaints on dwell time cause of the negative affect from PSR.
