| Tropical Storm Kay made it's way up the coast of Baja California to Southern California. It has been 25 years since the last Tropical Depression has reached California. Amtrak California, Pacific Surfliner no. 777, pushes the early morning southbound to Los Angeles racing the calm before the storm. |
