Photos or videos help one capture memories for years to come, but neither does this scene justice. The sounds of the former Reading T-1 could be heard from miles off, and by the time it got to our location, the sound was deafening. If there's a better show of steam power on the east coat currently, I'd like to see it. Here, the Reading & Northern's first Fall Foliage trips storms upgrade after just emerging from Tamaqua Tunnel on its way to Jim Thorpe.
