| The daily Waterloo to Ft. Dodge local setouts 2 cars in the house track at Ackley. The cars are bound for the Iowa River Railroad, but the job tomorrow will deliver them. This job normally works west on the Waterloo Sub in the afternoons/evenings. The old Ackley Publishing Company building is a nice prop for the job, and if you look closely back farther down the tracks one can see the restored 1926 ex-IC Combination Depot.
