| Progress Rail Services 3066 sits at the Coastal Pines Technical College in Waycross, Georgia. The locomotive was donated by Progress Rail Services and CSX to the College for their Railroad Technology program. The SD40 is fully functional, giving students a unique opportunity for hands on training. Photo taken with permission. |
