Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Rotary OY and outfit train, powered by a pair of K-36 Mikados, plows to the top of Cumbres Pass on March 1, 2020. The train has almost reached the 10,022-foot pass and is passing the old section house/depot located at the lofty water stop.
