| Freighttrain steamlocomotive C 5/6 # 2978 "Elephant" (2-10-0) is assisting express train locomotive A 3/5 # 705 (4-6-0, running tender first) on the heavy grade of 2.4 % in the gorge near the source of the Areuse river from Travers up to Les Verrières. This was a charter train for the german IGE on the occasion of a 3 days winter steam program. |
