| The new gauge changing GOLDENPASS EXPRESS PE 4065 from Interlaken Ost to Montreux reached Zweisimmen on the standard gauge track 6, pulled by Re 465 # 011. The locomotive and the interface car Bsi 96 85 8300 292-6 CH-MOB were uncoupled of the 4 car trainset and are now running to the stub track on the south side of the station. The gauge changing device on track 7 (foreground) is in active configuration, the blue auxiliary rails on both side of the track serve to lift the car body by means of unfolded rollers, so that the half frames of the bogies with the wheels can be moved sideways for the gauge changing. |
