With quite a bit of snow over the past few weeks the heavy was brought in to push the banks back and open things back open. Something interesting is almost 10 years ago CN C44-9WL 2519 was tasked with the same job but going east from Armstrong on the Caramat Sub. See photo 425870!
For the most part, this section of CN is very isolated, and as an employee I am able to gain access. CN's Bala, Ruel, Soo, Caramat, Allanwater, and Redditt Subs are all featured.
