Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC III car no. 2326 (St. Louis Car Co., 1947) is seen at the Authority's Woodland Maintenance Facility, its reconstruction from a PCC II car to a PCC III almost complete. The maintenance facility has been hard at work on these cars, rebuilding all 18 PCC IIs in order to restore trolley service to Route 15. |
