Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC II car no. 2327 (St. Louis Car Co., 1947) is seen at the Authority's Woodland Maintenance Facility in the early stages of its overhaul into a PCC III car. The maintenance facility has been hard at work on these cars, rebuilding all 18 PCC IIs in order to restore trolley service to Route 15. |
