New Arrivals.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R211A cars 4070 - 4074 (Kawasaki, 2019-present) are seen out in the sun in NYC for the first time since they arrived the couple days prior. Workers, I believe from Kawasaki, were on site unwrapping the cars and removing foam and plastic that protected them on their truck trip from the Kawasaki facility in Lincoln, Nebraska.
