MIKA trains RABe 528 # 111, # 118 and # 116 of the BLS in multiple control are running the Regio Express RE 4163 from Bern via Thun to Spiez, between Wichtrach and Kiesen. In Spiez, the train will be split to Brig as RE 4263 (first two MIKA) and to Zweisimmen (last MIKA) as regional train 6815. This is the RE (Regio Express) version of the MIKA trains, there will be a S-Bahn version with more doors, less first class and no buffet areas. The MIKA train RABe 528 took over this services between Bern and Brig over the L?tschberg mountain line and to the Simmental (Zweisimmen) from the RABe 535 "L?tschberger" trains in december 2022.
