Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) 7000-series car no. 7130 (Kawasaki, 2012-2020) is the lead unit on a Red Line train to Shady Grove, seen here approaching Rhode Island Ave Station. the tracks in the foreground carry CSX freight trains overnight and MARC Brunswick Line trains on weekdays. |
