| A special Amtrak move running as CSX P939 has just crossed over the Buffalo River at CP Draw in Buffalo, New York and is now slowing to a stop on the NS Southern Tier Line for a crew change, where an NS crew will replace the Amtrak crew qualified over CSX. After 14 months of testing at TTCI in Colorado, the next generation Amtrak Avelia Liberty trainset is being moved back to the Alstom Plant in Hornell. |
