| A pair of EMD's power Norfolk Southern local C22 under the Fulton Road Bridge, using dynamic brakes to ease the train of loaded coke hoppers down the grade into the industrial flats of Cleveland, Ohio bound for the Cleveland Cliffs steel mills. In the lead is NS 5813, a GP38-3 that was rebuilt from a GP50 originally built for the Southern Railway. |
