| Decided to set the alarm a bit early this morning and head east of Denver to get a shot of the westbound Zephyr (with service now restored between Chicago and Denver). Set up for this shot at the west switch of Tonville. The Zephyr came through about 15 minutes ahead of schedule, the pond at the west switch offering a glassy reflection. The Zephyr had eight Superliners today, which was great to see. Seven has pretty well been the standard daily service was restored. |
