| "Ballast by BERK"
On the afternoon of June 1st, 2023, Metro-North Railroad Extra 107 tows a loaded ballast train through CP 241 as seen from the operator's floor of the SONO Switch Tower Museum (formerly BERK/ SS44) on the New Haven Line in South Norwalk. The ballast on this train will be used to support the Connecticut Department of Transportation's (CTDOT) 2023 New Canaan Branch Track Improvement Program.
