Cogwheel railcar BDeh 1/2 # 1 "Liseli" of the Bergbahn Rheineck-Wlazenhausen just left the mountain station of Walzenhausen and is running down to Rheineck as train 6136 of the line S26. The line is 1,9 kilometer long only, with about 1,3 kilometer Riggenbach/vonRoll cogwheel system, the gauge is 1,2 meter, taken over from the former funicular. The railway is part of the Appenzeller Bahnen since 2006 and is due to be replaced by a fully automatic, driverless system by 2026.
