| A GP40-2H and GP40-2LW rest under the sanding tower at the Kanawha River Terminal Railroad in Ceredo, West Virginia waiting for their next assignment moving coal hoppers. The railroad is operated by SunCoke Energy to serve their barge loading facility here along the Ohio River and interchange with NS and CSX. |
