A pair of Paducah & Louisville "GP38-2"s await their next assignment at the railroad's yard in Louisville. Built in October 1984 as GP40-2s (3808 was Cotton Belt 7262, 3805 was Cotton Belt 7257), but they were rebuilt as GP38-2s by NRE. (Louisville, Kentucky – February 13, 2015) Photographed on railroad property with permission.
