Bollingen is a former SBB crossing station between Rapperswil and Schmerikon, now a lonely service station without any stops of passenger trains. The "Red Arrow" RCe 2/4 # 607 of the Oensingen-Balsthal-Bahn came light from Rapperswil, to change the direction and pick up some passengers at the Blumenau stop later, between Bollingen and Rapperswil.
