| Near the "Rhy-Schopf" in Widnau, there is a crossing station of the 75 centimeter gauge "Rheinb?hnle", operated by association "Rhein-Schauen" in Lustenau/Austria. Here the 0-4-0 T steamlocomotive # 6 "St.Gallen/Widnau" of 1910 is taking water, while on the other track is the electro/diesel locomotive HEIDI built in 1946 by the Ernst Stadler compagny in Zürich for the IRR (Internationale Rheinregulierung). This was a C.K. photo charter with two trains. |
