| Mystery Machine.
CSX HBC 200902 is seen sitting in the railroad's Hulsey Yard in Atlanta, GA while a Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) Blue Line train passes overhead. I haven't been able to find any information as to what HBC 200902 is, and there don't appear to be any manufacturer's markings on any side.
Comments here and elsewhere have corroborated my suspicion that it's a brush cutter.
