| The ancestor train (Ahnenzug) "Allegra" ABe 8/12 # 3514 of the Rhaetian Railway in heritage livery winds its way over the Bernina pass with the train 1625 of the line RE9 from St.Moritz to Tirano. In the background you can see the Arlas gallery (about 1,2 kilometer from the position of the train), then the train rounds several curves and goes over the water shed (divide) between Inn-Danube-Black Sea and Adda-Po-Adriatic Sea (yellow sign on about 2240 meter a.s.l. In the foreground the frozen and snow covered Lago Bianco. |
