| A Monday Afternoon Walk in the Park. This President's Day sees more foot traffic than usual in Astoria Park, with many people taking advantage of the day off on President's Day to take an extra stroll. Meanwhile, Amtrak is still ferrying passengers between New York and Boston as it approaches the Hell Gate Bridge high above the Ditmars Steinway neighborhood of Queens. The sun is out but the wind is up, making it a chilly afternoon. Better bundle up! |
