NJ Transit (NJT) GP40PH-2 no. 4102 and Dover and Rockaway River (DRRV) GP38-2 no. 5304 are seen leading Dover and Delaware River (DD) train RP2 west along the Totowa Spur, having finished switching cars for industries on the branch. The 4102 has been leased to the DD for positive train control compliance while operating on NJT rail lines. |
