The Delaware Valley Railway operated the former Octoraro Railroad, which included this one-time Reading Railroad branch in northern Delaware. Delaware Valley's short life was from 1994 to 1999. I was out running pre-wedding errands with my uncle (whose daughter was getting married) and my mom, when I spotted this train and yelled to turn around the car. As both my mom and my uncle had taken me railfanning twenty years earlier, they knew the drill. I don't remember if I had any idea that line ran with two RS32s, but it was sure a nice view through the viewfinder.
