| Railcar "Tw III" ABe 4/4 # 54 of the Rhaetian Railway is entering Ospizio Bernina as train 9619 from Pontresina to Poschiavo. In mid-April, it is still real winter here at around 2250 meters above sea level. The train with the two coaches Xk # 9350 crew car "Grottino" from 1934/1998 and the equipment car Xak # 9460 from 1969/2003 (former post car Z # 99) is used to train an infrastructure driver. In future, Infrastructure will use the ABe 4/4 # 56 railcar for service trains. The ABe 4/4 # 54 "Hakone" railcar (the Japanese railroad company Hakone Tozan Tetsudo is a sister railroad of the RhB) was built in 1990 by Schindler Waggon Pratteln (SWP) and BBC and is to be preserved as a historic operational vehicle for the Bernina line.
