The purchased 90 ex-Oakways from GMTX in 2012. The units went thru an extensive standardization at the CN shops at Centralia. Unit received many extra and newer parts and also got a fresh paint into CN paint. Next 5400's in the paint booth is the 5407. Takes around 5 days to paint a unit. The 5407 sits in the heater to get the water based paint to dry faster after another coat of paint.
