| Switching Over the South Platte.
Denver Rock Island Railroad SW1500 no. 1083 is seen crossing the South Platte River with a cut of cars, heading for interchange with BNSF Railway. The unit was originally Southern Pacific 2480, and was purchased from Union Pacific in 2003. |
