| Leaving the Loop.
On the first day of revenue service in 12 years, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) PCC III no. 2326 is seen departing the Richmond & Westmoreland Loop, heading west towards Girard Ave. Though trolley service on the entire Route 15 was suspended in 2020, service east of Girard and Frankford was suspended in 2012 due to construction work on I-95. |
