| CSX moves earth. In more than one way. C748 with 100 loaded coal cars heads east to Baltimore while the CSX facility’s team works on removing the hump hill and relaying the east half of the “bowl”. The hump tower is already gone in this scene as well. Big changes coming to Cumberland! |
