Hillcrest Lumber Co. #1, a 3' gauge, 2-Truck Shay leads the excursion train of the Cowichan Valley Railroad around the BC Forest Discovery Centre site. Hillcrest #1 looks and sounds great after a lengthy rebuild by the steam crew at the CVR.
