| With one of the area's characteristic wind turbines churning away in the distance, a southbound BNSF train curves through the hills of the Buffalo Ridge between Ruthton and Holland, MN. I first saw pictures of this area almost 20 years ago (click on the town name to see some of those shots from Mike Vandenberg and others). That was a few years before I even moved to the state. All these years and many visits of my own later, it continues to be one of my favorite places to see trains. |
