Canadian Pacific Railway SD30C-ECO 5044 was built by General Motors Diesel as CP SD40-2 5729 in October 0975. It was rebuilt by Bombardier Transportation (in Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo, México) into an SD30C-ECO, numbered CP 5044, in 2016. CP assigned these class DRF-30aa. This unit was found in CP's Pig's Eye Yard on a snowy day. (Saint Paul, Minnesota – February 8, 2016)
