| The heavy 800 HP cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 4/4 # 704 of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB) is beeing turned on the turntable in Furka DFB on 2160 meter a.s.l., on the last day of the 2024 season. The locomotive was built in 1923 by SLM Winterthur for Indochina, now Vietnam, and brought back in 1990 to Switzerland more or less as scrap. |
