| The heavy 800 HP cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 4/4 # 704 of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB), pulling train 133 from Realp to Oberwald on the last day of the 2024 season, was turned on the turntable in Furka DFB and is now returning to her cars standing on track 1. This type of locomotive has to run backwards due to the boiler construction when going down the mountain from Muttbach-Bélvedère to Oberwald in the Valais. |
